Let lettings was my landlords for over 6 years I moved in multiple properties of theirs over the years was very helping in dealing with any maintenance needed and promptly any issues sorted,also very supportive landlords and community based would defo use them again!!

Rented via Lex Lettings for the last 5 years, never had an issue, always prompt if we have an issue with the property. Couldnt recommend them enough.

Excellent landlord always fixed issues which there wasnt hardly any was given deposit back no problems honestly the best landlord I ever had!

My mother rented a property from Lex Lettings for 5 years, she had lots of issues with them, She ended up paying for many repairs/maintenance out of her own pocket as LEX Lettings didn't care. Unfortunately my mother was in poor heath and then she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. They was a nightmare to deal with! Went straight to Thorpe Hall Hospice from hospital, she sadly passed ofter only 3 weeks. Obviously a terribly hard time for the family - Lex Lettings Took full advantage of the situation! ripped us off on the deposit my mother Had spent an excess of 5K on carpets decorating and a new carpets and a new fireplace ect. Adding changes left, right and centre. They disclosed over the phone 700 was for groundworkers to the garden! Then put phone down... Of the 3k deposit that was put down on the house we got only we got only 580 back, all rent and bills was upto date. I'll NEVER forget or forgive - Not trustworthy, A truly Horrid company.
