I can't recommend this company highly enough. Their prices are amazing, they deliver very reliably and their customer service has been literally second to none. Certainly the best Gunpla store I've bought from (and they do other model kits and accessories as well) but also the best service I've had from any retail experience on line. 5 stars, 10 out of 10, absolute quality.

Hands down the best asian model kit shop in the uk. Some of the greatest customer service and the prices are reasonable and not over inflated like some other uk sellers.

Thoroughly recommended! Everything is reasonably priced and there is a good amount of stock that is regularly updated. The website is very detailed and has functions to notify you on restocks, super useful for nabbing hard to get kits. GM are quick to respond and process orders too, I forgot to order a stand and got in touch to see if they could help amend the order. They responded immediately and promptly sent the order. It arrived on time and very well packaged too, with dunnage and fragile tape. There used to be so many places to buy kits when I was young but that isn't the case any more. I'm so glad Gundam Mad exists or it would be difficult to get my hands on kits, with international shipping fees and customs duty when buying from abroad.
