No issues with food or delivery time. That being said delivery driver very arrogant says I'll keep the change and left. Whilst only a small amount (50p) and completely is not the issue, likely shall not order again. I dont think I have ever had such a rude encounter. You over pay for the food to compensate for them to pay the driver etc. To put it bluntly kinda was petty theft. Absolutely baffled with that interaction.

If we could give minus stars we would. Used Rambos for years until tonight. Telephone ordered 2 chicken burger meals and a plain cheese burger. Waited over an hour for delivery and the cheese burger was missing. Driver phoned them to then tell us we did not order it and did nothing to put it right. Just stood there pleading ignorance saying not his problem. Told him not accepting it as order incomplete. We then drove down there to complain as it was our 10 year old's meal missing and she phoned it through with my wife stood next to her. The guy in charge made us wait another 20 minutes before he asked my wife what this was about. Told him our address and he disappeared in to the next room. While there the lady who took the order came over and told us we did not order it and called my daughter and my wife both liars. Some customer service they have where the customer is always wrong. Did nothing again to put right and kept calling us liars. I then told them in front of their next customer that we are now going to their competitor and never coming back. Seems there really appreciate their return customers. While we were waiting they were arguing as seemed to be mixing the orders up for waiting customers. Would not be surprised if they were all wrong. They need to realise having a disgruntled customer in your shop complaining and doing nothing to help is not good for business. Not only have they lost a return customer but we will repeat this experience to everyone else we know as well as review sites. They are not the only takeaway in Whittlesey and even if they were we would drive to Chatteris, March, or Peterborough rather than order from them again.
