Arrived after 3 o'clock,thought settle into room,parking outside ,no problem,having phoned throught the night before to ask for an upstairs room,was a waste of time got offered no18 downstairs,anyway got a room upstairs 112,Great!no problems booked an early meal,that was good mixed grill worth paying the extra 3 odd.Back to tge room settling into bed and it creaked and moaned,didnt get the sleep they offered you,to top it all the extractor fan wouldnt switch off even with all the lights off,was hoping to pass my comments on in the morning but no staff managing the front desk,the good points room clean,clean towels telly worked,and room was warm throughout the night
