        It is without doubt the most run down and shabby looking Sheltered Housing I have seen. Cracked walls no pictures on the walls, desperately needs refurbishing. It is definitely not proper Sheltered Housing as there is only a sheme manager there once a week and for the rest of the time the residents are left to their own devices. Whatever rent these people are paying for the Shelterd aspect of the charges is frankly daylight robbery.
