I ordered Teeter Free Step LT1 I was initially worried about ordering something like this, especially from a different country. During the process, they answered every mail quickly, kept me updated, and made the process easy. I wish companies in my country would give this kind of service.

Ordered a rowing machine and was given dispatch window of from 25th Jan for delivery. Very pleased to receive it early on the 22nd after great online communication from UPS (including notification of dispatch and ability to track throughout). The product is top quality. The price was good considering the demand for rowing machines in lockdown. Others are ripping people off. Impressed with the whole service throughout. Id definitely buy from Gymkit UK again. Thanks!

Very disappointing and poor service. Ordered a Olympic bar over a month ago and seeing as it is still yet to arrive I emailed to enquire about its progress. They insisted delays were due to COVID 19 and the order would be with me by the end of May (already nearly two months after order - any delays on orders were not mentioned at the time of order. In fact the opposite - I specifically chose an item that they said they HAD in stock. Obviously this was a lie). The next day after this correspondence I received another email. This one stated that my order was delayed again and I would now not receive any item until the end of June. This is totally unacceptable. I have responded to ask for a refund, but have had no response to this. I specifically purchased an item that was in stock on tour website to avoid delays, I specifically paid over the average for the item to avoid hassle and delays. Please issue me with a full refund so I can purchase the item from a more trustworthy and reputable source. Very disappointing indeed.
