        Turned up at 20:45 knowing they closed at 21:00 and door was locked and cashier refused to open door saying garage was closed although it was 15 mins before closing so had to walk another mile to nearest shop, disgraceful, if closing time states 21:00 then that is the time they should close, not 15 mins before, this is the 3rd time this has happened at this service station to me, if I was the owner I would be looking at getting new staff, an utter disgrace
