We order through these guys as a trade customer, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Their product is great, but more than that, their service is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble, they are always willing to help if we have an urgent order, deliveries arrive on time and in top condition - and all with a smile from a friendly team. Well done Aluroll, spot on!

Not impressed. Two garage doors ordered via an installer. One wrong size, replacement ordered and received but was scratched by manufacturer. Waiting on 3rd one, this is a joke and noone seems to care. Moreover why the hell does it take so long for you to manufacture a new one. Installation date was 19th June, so you taken 3 months and still not sorted. Not acceptable.

I don't go to anyone else, as a trade installer. They've had the aluminium garage door and shutter manufacturing sorted for a long time, now. So deliveries are always right; and output is as quick as you like. They have more than once turned a an order around in a couple of days for me - delivered. The steel factory is now also pretty much state of the art, and they have produced small and large shutters to exact custom-specifications. Prices are good, though not the cheapest around. But then, this isn't a cheap here-today-gone-tomorrow company, and they do things properly. Added advantage for me is that they frequently get calls from the general public around my area - and because they don't sell to the public, I get a lead from them every now and again. I highly recommend them as a trade supplier.
