Sadly my lovely brother Michael passed away on Monday. I cannot begin to thank the Drs and nursing staff the love and care that was given to him Must also thank the housekeepers for their care that they showed to him. As relatives staying with him for three days 24hrs a day thank you all for your kindness concern and support you gave to us. We will never forget you all.

Dreadful! Cant explain how bad this hospice is after the appalling treatment of my mum! Truly the most shocking experience of what should have been a painless passing for her! She was in pain until almost the very end!!!!!! She had a shocking fall which clearly could have been prevented and offered paracetamol in the final days of kidney failure. Seriously?! This place should be under a review! I wouldnt let another of my family have end of life care here! Also the communication regarding your loved one is diabolical!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never had a problem. The staff is very knowledgeable and sooo friendly. They help you in anyway they can. Even if you have to rebook an appointment, it's no problem at all. I'm very satisfied and happy with the care I get for my lymphoedema in my arm and my venousodema in my legs, due to terminal secondary breastcancer.

My partner Anne recently lost her brave battle with cancer. St Giles Hospice were always there for us throughout the last couple of years when extra advice were needed. Initially in our home where Katy (P) with the help of others when she was unavailable would always respond asap to our need. Anne was admitted to the Whittington Hospice where she spent her last two weeks being cared for with great dignity and compassion. Anne always said she would like to give them 5 stars - Sadly she can't but I can and have. Thanks to all yet again xx....
