        Excellent service yet again. We have been ordering from Swan Petroleum since moving to a property with oil-fired central heating for around 2 years now. Their outstanding customer service coupled with the fact they have consistently been very competitively priced makes them our first choice every time we need to order. Excellent service from Millie today when there was some confusion due to the price being missed off our receipt who sorted the problem quickly and efficiently with a kind and understanding manner on the phone. Thank you.

        Can't offer direct debit accounts for customers with less than 3 year UK address history. Took my initial monthly payment then refused on the grounds I used to live overseas. Advised it would take 5 days to refund me. Poor marketing material and advertising I had to ask a 1000 questions to work out how to set up account and now this.
