After feeling like we tried everything, Ian came in and offered hope within 5 minutes. Weve spent 2 years hiding from dogs as our dog reacts so badly, but within an hour we were walking past and meeting Ians lovely dogs and I feel confident on how to help her going forwards. Calm, professional and endlessly knowledgeable. Our session today was worth every penny as I saw immediate positive changes in my dogs behaviour (whilst I was handling him not just whilst Ian was) and was given lots of advice for continuation of training. Ian has given us the tools to use to control and change our dogs thinking, behaviour and us !!,We rescued a gorgeous little Staffy called Ronnie who was quite reactive to other dogs and certain things, I cant believe the changes in such a short time our life with him is going to be so happy as we will all be calmer and do so much more without being in fear of aggression every time we see another dog .Thank you Ian
