Thank you for making my 40th birthday such a special treat! I walked into my bedroom to be welcomed with the wonderful surprise of a delicious chocolate cake and decorations! We really enjoyed the cosy and luxurious three-night stay at your beautiful home overlooking the river. Fiona and James you are both such friendly, inviting and accommodating hosts. The breakfasts with beautifully laid tables were hearty and delicious (esp. the bircher - will be making that at home!). The comfortable rooms are in top condition with oak furniture, a wide selection of coffee (inc. pod-based coffee maker) and teas, very comfortable bed/linen/pillows and huge bathroom with invigorating shower. Wifi connection was speedy and reliable and TVs have smart apps built-in. Thanks for booking the dinner at the nearby Bridge restaurant - was a fitting ending to a memorable stay. We'll certainly recommend you to our family and friends! Will have to return in a warmer time of the year and try your roast dinner! Wishing you much deserved success, hope to meet you again :)
