    Lateral Fitness turned my fitness around. Two years ago I was extremely unfit and had recently undergone a back operation. I was struggling to get motivated and I was introduced to Pete. I started attending circuit classes once a week, one to improve my fitness, and two, to meet new people in the village. Pete understood my back problem and knew what exercises would benefit me without causing further injury. Now I go several times a week and I can quite honestly say I am the fittest I have ever been and that is down to Pete and the encouragement he gives. He has worked with me, motivated me, pushed me to my limits and encouraged me all the way. I cannot thank him enough for the results that I have achieved If you are looking to improve your fitness, need to lose some weight or just want to meet new people in the local area, then come along to Lateral Fitness. You won't be disappointed.

    I am not sure I can put into words how brilliant Pete is and how much he has done for me since we started training together 2 years ago. I had two major spinal surgeries a few years ago and was really struggling to get back into training. Pete took extra time to research my injuries to make sure I never do anything that could cause further damage. Pete designed a detailed training programme for me which he has adapted over time as I have progressed this has really helped me stay focused, motivated and committed to achieving my goals. Pete is always available when I need encouragement or advice, I cannot recommend him highly enough.
