Viv is fantastic at supporting stressful situations and instilling confidence when a boost is needed. She is also very flexible for busy working people which is great!

Viv helped me through the most difficult period of my life after a sudden breakup and feeling lost after graduating from my masters. She helped me rediscover who I was and got in touch with myself again and most importantly to be more positive. My mental health is an ongoing battle but without her help and care I would be in a much worse position than I am now. She is very caring and attentive and very easy to talk to, I will definitley contact her again when I feel I need a 'top-up'.

My experience of low self esteem and depression has been transformed by my sessions with Viv I am now much more positive and can rationalise successfully Viv has enabled me to move forward and to grasp 'life' with both hands I'm much more focused and looking to the future I can't thank her enough

I came to Viv to help me lose weight. In reality, I needed Viv to help me refocus, change my decision making and ultimately take control of my actions. I have come away having found my positivity which helps me make better choices and also lets me recognise when I make poor ones and not beat myself up over it. I have lost half a stone whilst with Viv (and continue to do so) and now exercise (my way) on a regular basis. Amazingly, none of this is a chore and whilst I have less of the bad things, I do not miss any of it. See Viv and see what she can do to help, I would recommend her to anyone. Bob
