Wrong part sent, 10 plus phone calls, 3 emails sent. Every time promising to call me back check the warehouse for the correct part or sort it. Each time the have completely ignored me. Ive given them until Monday to issue me a refund or I will be making a report to Trading Standards.

Worst customer experience ever! Purchased a Kia Ceed door from this company on 3rd Feb 2023. Received Invoice on 6th Feb 2023. I emailed them on 6th Feb to check that the door would be available for collection as I had 100 mile drive to collect. No reply. I telephoned twice on 7th February to check that door was ready for collection. Calls went to voicemail, messages left, no reply. Drove 100miles from Colwyn Bay on 8th February. No sign of the door and no-one available who knew what was going on. They contacted the responsible person by phone. He arrived to tell me that the door had actually been sold prior to 3rd February and he had arranged a refund. This was done at 11.23 on 8th February while I was at the yard, and presumably after he had been phoned at home to let them know that I was there. Totally unprofessional, appalling lack of communication. Left seriously out of pocket after a 200 mile round trip. Avoid this company like the plague.

Terrible costumes service they are full of themselves the owner was swerving on the phone, too lazy to get process my refund too lazy to check their return item to lazy to respond to email.people should doing byword them.
