        I can not highly recommend this superb company. We had a very rough and uneven garage. Floortrak were able to provide us with a smooth decorate finish we were looking for. All work was kept to a timely manner, the installers kept noise to minimum, clean and efficient. I was informed of every step of the process. Everyone person I dealt within the business were professional, helpful and highly knowledgable! I cant wait for them to do my kitchen floor! Thanks Floortrak!         Floortrack let us down as a special needs school for disadvantaged kids. I did not want to do this, Floortrack made little effort to resolve this issue that was subbed out to cowboy contractors. 1. Quoted, diamond cut to the floor and was not completed. 2. Remove old flaking paint and was just painted over. 3. Paid extra for floor paint that will withstand vehicle use for a workshop and then failed in multiple places. 4. Failed to be notified of a poor floor slab and continued to complete works. 5. No masking or care when preparing for painting, over paint and splash from rollers over facias and roller shutter, cutting in edges very poor. 6. No site visit and no complaints procedure, multiple times I called and emailed with little to no follow up. Works carried out summer 2019 and the workshop was emptied including all machinery hoisted out. Covid hit and we allowed time but kept emailing to ask for a visit when appropriate and convenient with Covid protection. Some of the responses I received was the floor slab was to blame as being to dusty for the resin to bond to, my reply was then as the professionals then this should have been identified before the works are carried out. All we wanted was a site visit to assess the poor works contracted by Floortrack and a forward plan to resolve. Feel free to contact me at Chiltern Way Academy.
