Terrible. Communication practically impossible and one department doesn't talk to the next. Booked to get connected. Engineer didn't show up. Took us several days to get an answer. Turns out they f'd up and inadvertently cancelled our order without telling us. Complete shower of clowns. Stay away!!

Really poor start. Just had this installed but broadband isn't connecting to the eero device. The engineers have said to call Giganet directly but have been waiting for 25 mins for someone to pick up. Customer service is clearly not one of their strong points.

Signed up as new cusotmer with promise of install from March. Despite this, no communication from GIGANET, sent emails, no reply, also called a numebr of times never answer the phone. Is this what is to be expected from a new services provider if I need support on broadband issues? I do however see you managed to setup a direct debit on my account...

Best bits. Install was excellent but that was city fibre! They answer the phone quickly. Bad bits. Very little information about the install and router set up. After the install it was a nightmare getting the router set up.Getting no where near the speed we ordered. Been waiting 5 days to hear back from the technical people. We will give it another few weeks to see if they can sort out the speed problem, if not we will move on. Sorry Giganet you didn't live up to our expectations

I have been a customer of giganet for a little while now. Everything went fine with installation and everything was going fine until we workers dig up the road and cut the cable witch knocked out internet connection out and there fore was with no internet for 8 days. Now the connection has been knocked out again. I called giganet to let them know there was a problem they told me they would get someone to look into the matter and they would get back to me that day with an update I have heard nothing we are now on day 3 with no internet and still no phone call or email to let me no what is going on. I am really disappointed with giganet I rely heavily on my internet connection as everything works through it. I have never had so much of a problem with my internet before it's all well and good having faster speeds if it works properly and also paying for something that I can not use again amazing.
