        The service at the Restaurant Parsons Collar was absolutely disgusting. Was told there would be 30 min wait for food. 45 mins later, still no food even though other people had been served. Manager lied and said they said there would be a 45 min wait. Theres no way we would have waited that long if they said that in the first place as we had work to go back to. He refused a refund or to give his name replying I havent got a name and shrugged his shoulders. I got told there was no one above him I can complain to. Been a member of the adjacent gym Solent Hotel for nearly 2 years and the service from the restaurant was so disappointing.

        Visited for a family meal. It was a bit noisy for chatting. Not all items on the menu were available that night. Overall a bit disappointing.
