Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Whiteley

3rd attempt today to collect a replacement frame, as the frame of my new glasses was damaged when I originally collected, so actually my 4th trip in for this frame. Again, they couldn't be located so waited a short time and said I would pop back as needed to get other things done in Whiteley. On my return the store was pretty busy so was asked to wait - I asked if the frame had been located and it had. Waited a short time, looking at frames with a friend and no sign of being served so left, seems there will be a 5th trip to the store :(. 4/5 - not had a response yet following completion of your questions via the link I returned 6 days ago.

Feel a bit let down by Whiteley, had eye test brilliant, ordered glasses brilliant, had an appointment booked to collect, arrived to be told rudely we had to sit and wait for at least half an hour, we said we had an appointment, he said that didnt matter, very rude man. I called the next day to try and rearrange to be told this man was actually the manager!!!! We have always used this branch and always enjoyed buying glasses, I have collected them, but will never use Specsavers again. Very disappointed.
