"Phil was painstaking in the attention he gave to the filming process in Taiwan. He got on really well with the film crew and got exactly what I wanted. Some of the filming was hard work sometimes with the heat and noise in some of the factory settings. I am so happy with the result. The film shows the manufacturing process in the best light."
