Absolutely the most incompetent claims management company out there, if you are a insurance co Id advise going with another company that wont cost you so much due to weeks of paid storage and rentals

The worst company in UK Insurance. My car was hit on my drive May 11th by my neighbour. I was contacted by ERS / Innovation who admitted liability and arranged their garage Veetec to repair on July 7th. I sat in all morning, the garage and hire car did not turn up. Veetec had cancelled with Innovation group June 16th, Innovation did not bother to tell me. They then told me I had to arrange my own garage and hire company. I have spent over 10 hours on the phone since May 11th trying to sort this out, they lie and fob you off, its still not repaired and its October 4th

Absolutely appalling service. No fault claim in September after a pizza delivery driver hit my parked car. I have (and provided to them) two witnesses, video footage (doorbell) showing it happen, and a signed confession from the driver admitting complete liability. I also informed them that the driver was using his work insurance. All of this information/proof was provided within the first month of the claim. 2022-02-10: Got a response from them: " XXX Insurance have now advised that Mr YYYY was using his work's insurance policy when the incident occurred. This is with ZZZ Insurance. We are now pursuing them for the recovery of our costs and your excess. Please be assured the delay is not at our end as we are trying to recover our own costs back as well as yours. " This was all provided to them over the phone months ago. 2022-03-24: It's now been six weeks and I've sent my third "Please can I have an update on this claim" email. I've still had no response. 2022-03-28: After sending information over to sarah.middleton I've finally got a response... " We have not had a response from Mr XXXX work insurance company, AXA, so have issued them with notice that if they fail to raise payment to us we will pass the file to our solicitors. Once we have an update we will be in contact " 2022-04-12: Two weeks later... still no response. 2022-04-21: Coming up on four weeks and still heard nothing. 2022-04-22: Response saying it was now with the solicitors. 2022-05-17: Requested an update as have heard nothing. 2022-05-24: Requested an update (again) as have heard nothing. I'm still stuck waiting. I will update as this progresses.
