Shocking company. I've recently moved into a property in Ocean Village Southampton and I'm paying 1575 a month in rent. So many things wrong it's unbelievable. Condition of property very poor, alarm doesnt work, three bathrooms, all with faulty showers, no garage key, broken back gate, combi boiler not working, broken toilet seat, The list goes on and on. What have Beals done about it thus far. Absolutely nothing.

Kelsey - Anne and the team at Beals Park Gate have made our move as first time tennants very straightforward and stress free. We viewed multiple properties with Beals, and Kelsey-Anne was extremely helpful in helping us secure the accommodation we are currently in now. An absolute let down! Very rude staff members who were extremely unhelpful in a desperate situation. When asked for help and advice, we got told there was nothing they could do and were only doing their jobs. Also we got told we were liars when we told them of a promise they had made us, resulting in us having to pay an extra months rent after we had left the property. They have no empathy for any of their renters and no sense of being a human being when times are hard. We have had sleepless nights from the trouble that they have caused us of which they did not care. From a mouldy kitchen to holes in floors (which causes us physical harm) they did not follow up on any of these maintenance issues after being in the property for almost two years. An absolute disgrace to people who rent with them.
