Had my ears pierced here by James yesterday. He was very professional friendly and answered all my questions in full. Would highly recommend to anybody wanting the same service

My daughter had her ears pierced yesterday at whiteley and the manager was very helpful and the girl that helped too made my daughter feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend going here. Staff are lovely

Terrible Customer service from James the manager of the store he was on a personal call when I came in and didn't offer any help when I was struggling to reach high for an item he then came over tuting and huffing as I hadn't put things back where it was meant to be as I couldn't reach. Then when I went to purchase an item he said 12 and I said it's 6 online he then replied order it online then. He had a bad attitude probably because I interrupted his call. I then tried to make the purchase online but there was a problem with Claire's online and kept showing a delivery charge even tho they offer a free click and collect service so I showed him the issue and he was still so unhelpful and said there's nothing he can do. Please get a better member of staff this person is not very nice for customers to walk into this business
