Given the recruitment challenges over the last year we wanted to be sure that we were doing everything possible to communicate effectively with all stakeholders in Wandsworth and beyond. A small group of us worked with Annelise and she used a mix of formal training and group discussion to help us to identify what was working well and what could be improved. We were very quickly able to make some small changes which led to a big improvement. Annelise stimulated some interesting discussions about our work and encouraged us to be bolder and a bit more detailed in our communications about some of the work we are doing. In other words, be more explicit about the impact and support that adult learning is having on our service users. We will be staying connected with Annelise as we implement next steps and have no hesitation is recommending her.

Epsom Footcare has had the absolute pleasure of working with Annelies @22midnight since February and she has helped us transform our social media content. I was so impressed with the power session I had with Annelies that I have already budgeted to do some follow sessions with her. I really needed a short, sharp slot with her to ask her some very specific questions I had about my messaging. She was really well prepared, walked me through some important steps and sent a really detailed follow up document afterwards. She was really responsive, and knows her stuff. A total expert when it comes to branding and messaging. And it was a fun session and a welcome break from me and my laptop! Would highly recommend - great value for money too.
