Megan has really helped me stay in the moment through mindfulness. My confidence is up and anxiety levels have gone down. I have noticed I spend less time stressing over things that are out of my control. Thank you Megan for your continued support.

I honestly don't know how much money and pain I've wasted on other diet programmes, fitness programmes, personal trainers etc. None of that really worked. This short time with Sue has completely changed my mindset and relationship with food, the binge eating and grazing has all stopped - I honestly no longer feel like turning to the cupboard / fast food at the slightest excuse. It's not impossible, in fact, it's not even difficult. So far I've gotten rid of 2 stone of fat, am well on my well to my goals, and am even getting comments from people at work (whom I don't even know) about how well I'm doing (nice!). 100% recommended.

We saw Megan. She was able to help with my sons fears of stormy weather. He would not go out in any kind of wind and was truly petrified of being out in a light wind let alone a gusty day, we live near the coast so this was a real issue for us!! He had some hypnotherapy sessions and slowly it started to ease. A few months later and we now enjoy the outside in all weathers again! A great personal service, really understanding and non judgmental. Would highly recommend.
