Awful service. They made 1800 for the mortgage they did for me from the bank and had the nerve to charge a 800 fee. I would avoid these like corona

AVOID if you actually want to be contacted, looking for good customer service and being valued as a customer. Because CMME do NOT know what good customer service is, and sure as heck don't value each person they have contact them. Paige was useless, she took 2 days to even reach out via email so we could book our initial appointment, and then the next day we had to call her up to find out when our appointment would be, only to be told that she can't give us a specific slot but would call us. That call NEVER came. Thankfully we jumped ship and found a far BETTER contractor broker elsewhere, who are actually reviewed at 4.8-4.9 across all review sites. This other broker helped us there and then, had our details taken down in 20 minutes, and 3 hours later had an agreement in principle. Those wanting a decent broker go Google "contractor broker" and then add Glasgow to the search wording, and you'll find the one we used! They were amazing and helpful.

Polly was very professional! Always pick up the phone and available for any questions I had. As its my 1st house I had lots of questions and all very well explained by email as well. Truly recommend! Thank you for all the help!
