I would like to thank Evolve Fitness for starting me on my health and fitness journey. as a lady of a certain age, shape and size I have done every diet in town and always put the weight back on again. I saw Kierhans video on Facebook and thought its now or never! I have learnt over the 6 weeks that excercise is king, there is no such thing and good and bad foods just portion size and healthier choice! I have dropped 2 dress sizes and feel so much better both inside and out!

Having just completed the 6 week bootcamp I would highly recommend it. I needed motivating to improve my wellbeing and I have achieved that. I am lighter and stronger. Stick with it and you will get results. Sessions are hardwork but fun and always different and you can work to your own ability. Good craic and welcoming.

Knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic! Kierhan really knows what he's doing and group sessions are challenging but really rewarding once you've finished. If you're in the illminster area you should get in touch! Whether you're new to fitness or a regular trainee looking for something different or if you just want to meet new people, give Evolve a go!

Really enjoying bootcamp, four weeks in and it has been challenging but also good fun with a good bunch of people and a varied programme of exercises. The support from Kierhan with menu suggestions, fitness tracking and tailored calorie goals has been really useful and noticing a definite difference in my fitness levels since I started.
