        The staff could not have been more kind, helpful and friendly. So it's difficult to say that sadly the room, in the Hyde, which was supposed to be accessible for the disabled, really let it down. The bathroom toilet wasn't 'disabled friendly'. The bathroom was very tired in decoration. It was difficult to get the bedroom warm. Outside were overgrown bushes and no view of the field beyond. For 130. Per night I would have at least expected fresh milk.
