        Sophie was brilliant. Despite my being late she took plenty of time to talk over what I wanted (which I was unsure about) and was so helpful in explaining different processes to a colour novice. Although I was originally booked for a full colour I didn't feel any pressure to go through with that but instead have ended up with exactly what I want. Highly recommend Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring

        Fantastic hairdresser, actually vowed I wouldn't ever go anywhere else again, however horrible customer service if things don't go the companies way. Was spoken to very abruptly, tried to have a policy applied to me with no prior warning to then find out they implemented it AFTER I spoke to them and then completely ignored. Customer service to me is for the bad times as well as the good and they don't live up to other companies . You've been warned Service: Hairstyling
