        Tobias Mist was fantastic this morning. Phoned me and answered all my question and worries. He did not charge for this consultation. Wants some pain advice his the person to get in touch with.

        Cant recommend Tobias enough - he is professional and honest, with no frills or pressure to return, and we came away from just the first session with him with clear knowledge of the issues and how to address it ourselves. We took so much from this first session we have return for some couples personal training which has been invaluable as well as acupuncture. A completely different experience to any physio I have been to in the past. Thank you Tobias!

        I booked an online session with Tobias after seeing a local physio face to face. Tobias gave me clear explanation of my injury in a way I could understand and no-nonsense advice about how to recover along with a treatment plan. His thoughtfulness and expertise was far better than any local physio I've seen. Highly recommended.

        recently contacted Tobias on recommendation from a friend. suffering from a stiff neck for a long time, after 2 sessions my pain was almost gone by session 3 I was back to 100%. Definitely recommend, Wished Id of found Tobias a long time ago, A+
