Please do not use this company. The customer service is dire. Like many reviews below I ordered goods and months later, after false promises and emails only responding when I sent them, I never got what I paid for. I wanted a beautiful bedroom set for my daughter. What I got was a bed without the trundle or chest of drawers, because I foolishly believed them when they said the items would follow. I waited three months and still no nearer to receiving them. It then took over a month, and me saying I would visit them in person, before I got my refund. So sad they are operating in this way. It shouldn't be allowed. Moreover, they have no phone line and I couldn't find an email for management anywhere. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Absolutely disgraceful and so sad that this is supposedly for children. The trust pilot reviews cannot be accurate or honest I'm afraid.

I bought holly white and starlight single on September 2022. They both are so beautiful and comfortable.I came back to write a review after 7 months because I am so happy with these beautiful furniture and I want to share my experience to others. Just buy it . The only bad side was delivered late .

Disgrace of a company, ordered a bed back in august for my little boy to be told they had delays with the their supplier in Malaysia for the wood told 6-8 weeks, 8 weeks past by followed it up yet again same excuses fast forward to April no refund at all they said they refunded the 849.00 still not refunded for a product never received. I firmly believe this is why next dont sell their products anymore either. Stay away from this disgraceful company. Times are tough enough without taking money off people for products they will never receive from this company. Trading standards is my next port of call.

Couldn't supply item ordered still waiting 3 months later for a refund. Keep chasing and get fobbed off.

Ordered a set of drawers the beginning of September 2022. Had to continually chase up to the whereabouts of my order to be told that they were stuck at the docks. Then finally in January 2023 they said they had been released, so i waited, and waited, to then chase them again to be told oh no they were still stuck in the docks. I told them i wanted to just cancel and get a refund. Surprise surprise, i had to chase them. They never refunded. Luckily i had paid by paypal, so i am one of the lucky ones who got their money back. Please beware and do not purchase from these con artists!
