Lamorna Surgery

Have lived in the area for 6yrs and have never called on the surgery. I've had two reasons to contact in the last 6 months and in both instances felt completely let down by their response, it appears to be a completely redundant service/surgery for anyone that doesn't fit into certain demographics. I understand why that's the case, but it's still a failing practice, that leaves certain patients without any help at all.

Phoned in at bang on 8 o'clock 4th in the cue when I get through get told no appointments then after telling the receptionist I'm desperate for a face to face appointment she put me in for fleet surgery which takes overflow appointment's for that day only to receive a text message saying it has been cancelled and will now be over a week away what a joke!! If I could give no stars I would absolute disgrace

Please don't register with Lamorna! It's the worst they never answer the phone you can't get appointment I walked down to surgery myself to see If I can just talk to receptionist and she said opoitments only!! Like how ???? How you supposed to get an appointment? It's so not fair... and On arrival they didn't look very busy to be fair receptionist was chilling and phone wasn't ringing or anything... just wondering what's going on...

terrible 1 minute to 8 telephoned answer machine says surgery closed rung back 8 am line engaged for for 1 hour eventually got through all appointments had gone i was trying for 1 hour to get through only to find no doctors appointments were available not good enough . then told to ring 111 and waste time
