cowboy builder. full of charm and promises. answers calls until you pay. any problems result in a huge song and dance and if someone shows up you get a bad patch. walls wanky and cracked. their "damp proofing" is just a messy tanking job painting over wires so that water will just come out behind the wire and still come through the plaster.

Poor standard of work. Riley will take more money than is required then disappear. Work that should have taken 4 month was still nowhere near finished in 8 month eventually as Riley wouldnt answer his phone for weeks we got other tradesman to finish paying for the work again. Riley is a cowboy and is full of false promises. Unless you want poor work and to give Riley your money for nothing Dont Use!

Had a leak from chimney stack. T Riley Quoted 1476 to re-render and re-set lead flashing. Came and rendered. Paid money. Water poured through, contacted more than 10 times. (Tried 30+ times, never picked up call). Complained in writing. Rang from another number after 1 year. Eventually got him on the phone. Agreed to come along. Failed to turn up for three appointments. Got another builder along. Have pictures. No lead flashing visible but huge holes at the edge of the tiles. Imagine the damage from a year of water pouring through roof. To say the work is unsatisfactory doesn't begin to do the words justice. I certainly wouldn't recommend T Riley to do any work. I would avoid at all costs as clearly has no interests in customer once he has the money. All I wanted was original leak to be solved but had 18 months of horror. Have pictures, call and video evidence.
