Harbour View Care Home

I would like to thank all the staff at Harbour view for making the short time my dad was there the best it could be. Big thank u to Annie diamond for making sure he had everything he needed . And the biggest thank u to Claire the nurse who was there till the end to make sure my dad didn't suffer and was pain free to pass peacefully. I will return with fraggle every now and then for a visit

I worked there for 2 years, poor treatment by management and staff. Nothing but bullies who think they're above everyone else. Don't take mental health into consideration relating to members of staff. Management let bullying happen even though they were fully aware of this happening.

My wife (Eleanor O'Neil's daughter) and I have been visiting Eleanor in Harbour View for a number of weeks. We have found the care given to Eleanor to be of the highest standard. It was noticeable how helpful and pleasant the staff were in carrying out their duties. It was obvious that the patients benefited from these high standards. Although we are travelling from Dorset to see Eleanor, on a regular basis, the task is made much easier due to the excellent care being carried out at Harbour View.
