Trust worthy, I dont think Clarks needs an recommendation

What a hassle. I came to this store during a short trip to the Lakes in hopes of returning my shoes as they didn't quite fit. I was asked if I wanted to refund my shoes or get a replacement in the correct size. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size in stock so I said I would have a look when I got home. I was kept inside the store for at least 10 minutes as they tried to find a store that had the size available even after I told them I had to leave. In the end, I didn't even get my refund as the till was down!!! Not how I want to spend my holidays.

Customer service at its best! Debbie and Linda were so helpful, their names are probably listed in the English Dictionary under obliging. They were honest, helpful and determined to not only find a shoe that fit but was what I wanted.

Great customer service from Debbie today in Clarks. Who knew that you can order in store and have delivered to home address for free. Abd she pointed out some great sale items. We ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes.
