Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Whitehaven

My car broke down on Wednesday, a courtesy car was arranged through AA with Enterprise, spoke to Enterprise Wednesday at 17:20, said we'd be happy to wait until Friday morning for a car to ease things up for them. Friday morning arrived, waiting to go to work, promised a car first thing, call them around 9, told it'll be 10ish now. 11am, still no sign. Got to work late, couldn't get our children to school or do the important errands we'd moved until today. We rang to cancel but if we'd waited I'm guessing we'd still be waiting now at 12pm.

Been renting via enterprise since 2018, my thoughts on customer service still to this day remain outstanding. Absolute pleasure to still be renting through these guys and believe I have made a good few friends for life. Never a day where they wont help unless a vehicle is due to be returned. Any problems no matter how big or small are always met with a kind and conscientious attitude. Highly recommend anyone needing a rental to get in touch with the guys at Whitehaven. Always met as a friend and always met laughing and joking with each other.
