Don't ever shop here. I had a problem with a mod and tried to return it. It was obviously faulty but the after sales was a joke!

Visited VPZ in Whitehaven today 09/01/2023.I suffer from high anxiety and was worried about which vape was right for me. The 2 girls in the shop were amazing! They explained everything in detail and asked me the relevant questions to work out which vape was a fit for my requirements. They put me at ease straight away and had a fantastic range of knowledge. Customer service 100 stars girls!! I'll be back xx
