West Cumberland Hospital

Excellent service by all staff I encountered, was made welcome and to feel they cared. The site is a bit of a construction zone, but the people (in radiology) were great.

West cumberland hospital is the best staff go out of there way to help in any way possible its clean as always , parking can be a bit of a pain as there isnt many places to park or if u do park in main car park its a trek up hill to where you need to go no good for people with walking problems , the food hall is always full need more cleaners removing trays n plates as the trolleys get full quick then you have to put trays on tables , costa shop is clean , staff friendly and cheerful , the hospital shop in the main enterance is a bit crammed no good if you in a wheelchair you cant get round the shop floor other than that its ok

I've had 2 separate dealings with WCH in 8 days and can't fault the exceptional and professional service from all staff members including paramedics. Breast screening experience was exceptional in particular. Polite, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you.
