Flatt Walks Surgery

Since recently moving from Kent to Whitehaven, my wife and I didn't think in our wildest dreams, that we would expect the same fantastic relationship that we had with our previous surgery, the GP's and staff in St Mary's Medical Centre in Strood. However, each time my wife and have have been in contact with the surgery and the staff at Flatt Walks, Whitehaven, it has been nothing short of SUPERB!!! We want to take this opportunity to give special thanks to the GP's, Dr Cranwell in particular, nurse Gemma Mellon, and the staff, Louise Smith, Victoria Johnson and Joanne Thompson. Thank you ALL for your help, understanding and empathy. It is very much appreciated by my wife and I.

Avoid if possible joined them last month and been trying to get an urgent appointment for the gp to approve some medication they refused and expect me to wait i have bad depression and autism it's disgusting the way they have been treating me

I've got issues but impossible to see a doctor, best they offer is an appointment with my gp over the phone. Over the phone you can't examine a person, feel where their pains are, check organs, etc

Super efficient vaccine process. Had a nice laugh with a couple of members of the team. The staff are certainly working toward making people feel comfortable and safe.
