Such a relaxing environment for a busy 24hr gym. Everyone respects each other and management is more than happy to help with any advice or enquiries you might have. We, ladies, ladies have our own section of the gym which is strictly a no men's side, so there is no need for anxiety while working out, which I found so relaxing, although we are free to use both the male and female sections if we wish to. Highly recommended. NO PAIN NO GAIN.
