        Terrible is the only word to describe this place. Absolutely no chance of even talking to reception. It's the state of the NHS but even after queuing on the phone for 18 mins 6 mins of the phone actually ringing surely someone can answer. Everyone is

        Unfortunately, arranging an appointment at Lower Medical Centre is only possible by ringing repeatedly after 8am ( you'll get through after 10 mins and be caller #14 in a queue ). It will take you a good 20-25 minutes before you speak with anyone, so plan ahead your time. On a brighter note, the centre itself is clean, staff are friendly and the check-in tablet ensures no awkward queue at the front door.
