Discusting service off the receptionist and the doctor in general hung up on twice. Reception at beech house not interested. Started going in about her own problems. Discracefuk service to patients. Sickens me the phone eventually rings for fifteen minutes no answer the. Back to number eighteenth in the cue. Have a poorly four year old here. The service is frustrating and likely wants new staff who knows what ther doing

EXCEPTIONAL service from Dr Cranwell and the staff at Fellview namely Louise, Victoria, Joanne and nurse Mellon. We recently moved from Rochester Kent, where we had a great relationship with our gp practice, and we never thought that we would get the same exceptional service when we moved here, in Whitehaven. Thank you again for all your help!!

Tried to book an appointment via phone, as you can't book one in person at the surgery. It really is an '8 o'clock lottery' ,took 45min to get through,only to be told there were no appointments left, (according to their website, you can walk in, phone and book an appointment as there are over 270 available every day!) please try again tomorrow. absolute shambles.

Could you please tell me how can I be caller no 2 on hold for 35 mins then to be told am caller no 1 was on hold for another 20 mins sick of listening to that stupid voice what ever happen to once a great drs very disappointed worst drs ever
