I was travelling from Penrith.
I had 2 parcels to pick up (1from Workington & 1 from Whitehaven). We got stuck in traffic & were going to be late to pick 2nd. I phoned & spoke to nick & clare & explained the situation & that we would be 10mins later than closing hours. Clare took all information off me & waited for us to pick up. I am so grateful to Clare & her team for their help.. thank you again
