        Respected New Hong Kong staffs. I am a huge fan of your individual items but today due to my bad luck, I thought of ordering a Large salt and pepper Munchie box. To my surprise I've noticed a heap of chips with a hiding pork rib which was dismantled to 3 parts(poor thing). Three deep fried breast piece(ouch), 4 spring rolls (I wonder is it because its Autumn now). Chicken popcorn 5 piece (which was given to us with the mercy of the chicken herself.) And heap and Heap of fries. Even selling us something which is worth 5 pounds and cost 16.8 pounds, I truly admire your business strategy in making wise people feel stupid.... Anyways Thanking you. Your sincerely. One of your long term Customers. Will truly not order anymore..........

        Good food is let down massively by VERY slow delivery times. Over a two hour wait on a Monday and Tuesday night. I can only imagine how bad it would be on a weekend. When you are paying close to 30 for a small order you don't expect to be waiting 2 to 2 and a half hours. Other Chineses typically take 20-40 mins. Shame.
