What a lovely service given there by all staff and the pharmacist can seriously multitask so knowone is waiting around.. very friendly and a pleasure to be a customer.. also they have a very broad selection of stock.. brilliant chemist! Keep up the good work !

Very rude costomer service and poor communication skills. The pharmacist which is also the owner shouted at me for asking him to refresh the computer so he could see prescription sent to him early morning. I was with my younger son I didn't appreciate being shouted at while my child is standing next to me I felt very disrespected and offended. I'll never use this pharmacy again I'm completely shocked by that behaviour .

Very rude customer service from the main pharmacist at the till. I don't know his name but he yells at customers, as he did to me today.

Never going back here again! Everyone goes in with different problems, and the last thing you need is someone yelling at you and making you feel worse than you did before you entered the Pharmacy. The Pharmacist there did exactly that, and was very unprofessional. I wish I could give zero stars, but the lady at the till was lovely so that one star goes to her

Outstanding chemist. I went there after very rude, lazy and unprofessional service at Lloyds Pharmacy Torridon Road. A pharmacy that cannot offer a simple alternative eye ointment to the one prescribed. Just stating out of stock go to other chemists or back to the doctors. Laughable attitude Went to Cambelle Chemists, it was like walking back in time, everyone was extremely kind and caring. I was advised that the prescription was not available anywhere and provide with a generic suitable alternative , What a breath of fresh air this place is compared to the appalling service at Lloyds.
