Absolutely delighted with building work done by F&R. From detailed quote to start of project everything happened as and when planned. The work was carried out efficiently by each skilled trade exactly on the days stated in the weekly schedule of works. Anthony the project manager keeps in very regular contact between his client and his team with great attention to detail. Our project was completed on time and as per quote. We have already recommended them to friends and neighbours.

Anthony and F&R Builders recently completed a 6 Month Renovation for us whilst also designing, supplying and installing the Kitchen. We couldn't have been happier with the Process and Result. The Build went to Plan and the detail put into the Quote and Specification was very impressive and avoided any surprises along the way. Having Anthony manage the build made life a lot easier and he has a brilliant attention to detail and is also thinking of things from the Customer perspective which we appreciated. The team he uses are also fantastic, very professional, friendly and dedicated with everything completed to a very high standard. We have also been pleased with the post completion follow up and snagging (of which there was very little!). Overall couldn't recommend the team highly enough.

We just had a downstairs refurbishment in our protected house in Bray from F&R. It was three rooms in total with new wiring..flooringcomplicated audio and visual changes as well as knocking down internal walls and rebuilding. We are delighted with the outcome and what I particularly liked about F&R was that they never walked away from a problem and as with any old house there are many construction surprises.The team communicated at a high level with each other to get all the right sequencing of the jobs.The top management did at least 5 site visits. All in all I would definitely use them again which will be in a few more months and the current job was the second work they have done for us. Highly recommended.

We can recommend thoroughly F&R Builders who transformed our double garage into a modern open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area leading to our rear garden. Special thanks to Anthony who expertly managed and co-ordinated the project throughout keeping us well informed at each stage. Anthony offered design guidance as well as introducing imaginative ideas to create a high-end, design magazine finish nothing was too much trouble. All work was completed to plan (no waiting days) and most of all to price. Payments were requested only after satisfactory completion/acceptance at each stage. The whole team, which covered a range of individual trade skills, were polite and courteous and, worked efficiently enabling us to carry on as normal despite the transformation taking place. All, without exception, were keen to please with their contribution to the finished build.
