If there was a zero star option I would select it!!! Avoid this company at all costs, because it will cost you your time and hard earned money. They take deposits for months never come back to you, only when it suits then use excuse after excuse not to finish a job they have been paid for. Still waiting from August 2020 for a job to be completed!!!!!!! Save your time and efforts and go with a reputable company for doors/windows/bifolds etc etc etc... The company is run by a guy called Joel. He will come across as being so helpful but once any monies have passed over that's when the problems start. Can't wait to get my hands on him to get back what he owes!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Used when based in Chingford. Fitted windows and doors, but when problems occurred shortly afterwards with the fittings, they wouldn't turn up to scheduled appointments and eventually simply became impossible to contact. No customer service after you've paid.

Dolphin Home Improvements recently fitted new windows and doors on the front of my house. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from both the salesman and the fitters. I can't wait for them to come and do the back of my house - I would definitely recommend,
