Beautychem Pharmacy

Usually this is a very good pharmacy, the staff is polite and friendly, but today there was a very unpleasant incident I was denied medication because they don't have the right dosage, although it was usually not a problem to give two pills instead of one. They told me to contact the GP to change the recipe for another one, but such a change takes a long time. I have social anxiety and would be uncomfortable begging for at least my daily dosage As a result, I experience an unpleasant withdrawal syndrome and miss taking medications important for mental health due to stupid bureaucracy.

They are rude especially the Indian guy doctor avoid at all costs locals hate this place its a money making business not a helpful pharmacy

5* customer service and care for all the staff. Whenever I'm in need of advice or medicine in general- I always know I'm going to get the best service here. The amount of times I've called up and needed advice, gone in and felt satisfied with the help I've received deserves to be rewarded. I have gone in with burns, conjunctivitis, my children having chicken poxs, and so much more the staff go above and beyond. When I call for medicine the staff always leave it aside for me too.
