    Using Dragon Fitness, especially during covid lockdown Nd beyond changed my life. The attention to detail, the flexible classes ( Mondays to Sundays), the personal attention even in a group format without sounding condescending, all added to a great experience. Not only am Istronger but fitter today..I definitely recommend it ! Book a session !

    Totally hands on and easy going but highly experienced fitness trainer. What a discovery during these trying times especially. I attend 3 onlines sessions a week via Zoom which made a huge difference to my quality of life and mental well being during lockdown. Thank you Sensei!!! Oooooossss!!!
