Never again rather look after mum myself they dont turn up one decided she wasnt coming again absolutely no notice stay away

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Carers don't turn up . Cancelled the service then carers turned up at random times of the day. Invoiced for way more hours of 'care' than was recieved. Manager who is all talk, never returns a call or e-mail

Very bad care service providers, carers turn up late or not at all. Bad communication between carers and agency staff as the carers don't contact their clients or the agency to let anyone know they are running late.we have only been with the company for 3 days and twice we've had no carers turn up to do the shift. Not a very good start and very unimpressed so far with the service received.
